Set electric griddle at 375 F. Blend 3 1/3 cups of Pancake MIX with 2 1⁄2 cups WATER together with a wire whisk (batter will be slightly lumpy). Pour pancake batter onto hot griddle (lightly grease if necessary). Cook until bubbles break on the surface, Approximately 1 min. per side. Pour cider syrup on pancakes. Eat and enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes 12 – 16 pancakes per batch. Approximately 48 per 2lb bag.

Bleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Soybean Oil, Dried Whole Egg, Salt, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Cinnamon, Nutmeg.
Apple Cider Syrup:
Water, Sugar, Apple Cider Concentrate, Xanthan gum, citric acid, pumpkin pie spice.
