Cranberry Orange Scones
Delicious, crumbly and warm, these orange cranberry scones are perfect for any morning. The orange and dried cranberries combine to give these scones a fun, unique taste. Add a homemade topping of orange glaze (see instructions below) for an added tasty delight.

Scones:
Preheat oven to 400 F. With pastry knife or blender, combine bag of MIX and ¼ cup softened BUTTER. Add ½ cup WATER. Mix until well blended. Turn onto a well – floured surface and knead gently 2 – 3 times. Shape dough into a 12 inch circle. Cut into 8 pie shaped wedges, or cut into 3 inch circles. Place on a greased cookie sheet. In a small bowl combine; 1 tsp CINNAMON and 1 Tbsp SUGAR. Sprinkle scones with mixture. Bakes scones for 8 – 10 minuets, or until top is lightly browned.
Orange glaze:
Heat 1 Tbsp BUTTER in ¼ cup ORANGE JUICE until butter is melted. Add 1 ½ cups POWDERED SUGAR and mix until smooth. Add 1 pinch of PUMPKIN PIE SPICE (optional). Brush over warm scones with a pastry brush.
