Dessert Basket
Desert is the part of the meal that everyone looks forward to. No one goes without dessert around the holidays and this Dessert Basket contains our dessert favorites packaged in a decorative gift basket, shrunk-wrapped and then tied with festive holiday ribbons and bows.
Double Fudge Brownies, Pecan Bars, Sugar Cookies and Chocolate Cookie mixes are all included.

Double Fudge Brownies:
Mix package of Brownie MIX with ¾ cup WATER and ¾ cup VEGETABLE OIL for two minutes on medium speed. Bake at 350 F for 25 – 30 Minutes in a greased 9 X 13 inch pan.
Serving Size: 1 – 9 X 13 pan approximately 24 – 2 inch pieces.
Pecan Bars:
Blend bag of dry MIX and package of pecans in a large mixing bowl. Add ½ cup VEGETABLE OIL, 1 beaten EGG, and 1/3 cup WATER. Stir until thoroughly mixes. (Dough will be very thick. Do not add water). Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 Minutes.
Serving Size: 1 – 9 X 13 pan approx. 24 – 2 inch pieces.
Sugar Cookies:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium mixing bowl, combine one package Lehi Roller Mills SUGAR COOKIE MIX, ¾ cup softened BUTTER, and 2/3 cup WATER. Blend well with mixer. Form dough into a ball and flatten with hands on a lightly floured surface. Roll out to ¼ inch thickness and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 6 – 8 minute. Be careful not to let the cookies brown. Transfer with spatula to rack to cool before icing. Sugar Cookie Icing :In small mixing bowl combine Lehi Roller Mills.
SUGAR COOKIE ICING MIX, 1 Tbsp softened BUTTER, and 2 Tbsp MILK OR WATER. Blend with mixer on medium speed, adding 1 Tbsp additional MILK (OR WATER) if necessary, to achieve desired spreading consistency. Mix until smooth, scraping bowl frequently with spatula. Spread icing over cooled sugar cookies.
Serving Size: Makes 30 - 2 inch cookies.
Chocolate Chip Cookie:
Mix 2 ½ cups MIX, ½ cup softened (not melted) BUTTER and 3 Tbsp WATER to a consistent dough. Round dough into 2-inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 350 F for 12-14 minutes. Each bag makes 2 batches.
Serving Size: Two 2 inch cookies servings per container 24. Approximately 48 cookies

Sugar, Natural Flavor, Salt. Contains wheat and egg ingredients.
Chocolate Chip Cookie:
