1 serving ¼ cup GERMADE, 1 cup WATER, dash of salt.
Stovetop:
Heat water and salt in a small saucepan to boiling. Sprinkle cereal slowly into boiling water, stirring constantly. Simmer for 3 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Let stand 5 mins.
Microwave:
Mix 6 tbsp cereal, ¾ cups cold water/milk in a 2 cup microwaveable bowl. Cook on high for 1 minute and stir. Cook 1 to 2 mins more, stirring every 30 seconds, until cereal is thick and smooth.
Serving Size:
Approximately 41 servings per bag.
Germade (Wheat Farina, Wheat Bran, Wheat Germ), Sugar, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavoring.
