Pancakes:
Mix 2 cups of pancake MIX with 1 1⁄2 cups of water. Stir with a fork until slightly lumpy. Cook on a lightly greased griddle at 365 – 375 F
Serving Size: Makes 12 – 16 pancakes per batch. Approximately 48 per 2lb bag.
Corn Bread:
Blend bag of dry MIX with 1 cup WATER in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until moistened. Spread in a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
Serving Size: Approximately 9 – 2 ½ inch squares.
Apple Pudding Cake:
Mix one bag MIX and 3⁄4 cup WATER. Stir with wire whisk until moist. Bake at 350 F for 25 – 30 minutes in a greased 8x8 pan.
OPTIONAL: Serve with Rum Sauce, Caramel Sauce, or frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
Serving Size: 1/3 cup or one 2 1⁄2 inch square. Serves 9
Lehi Pride Pancakes:
Bleached Enriched Flour ( Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Sugar, Soy Flour, Canola and/or Soybean Oil, Leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), Dextrose, Buttermilk Powder, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Egg.

Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Corn Meal, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oils, Nonfat Dry Milk, Egg, Salt, Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Modified Corn Starch.
Apple Pudding Cake:
Sugar, Flour, Dried Apples (Low Moisture Apples, Sugar, Fructose, Cinnamon, Malic Acid, and Sodium Sulfite as preservatives), Soybean Oil, Dried Whole Egg, Corn Syrup Solids, Honey, Salt, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Natural and Artificial Flavorings.
