Double Fudge Brownies:
Mix package of Brownie MIX with ¾ cup WATER and ¾ cup VEGETABLE OIL for two minutes on medium speed. Bake at 350 F for 25 – 30 Minutes in a greased 9 X 13 inch pan.

Serving Size: 1 – 9 X 13 pan approximately 24 – 2 inch pieces.

Country Cranberry Muffins:
Mix 2 ½ cups muffin MIX, 1 ¼ cups WATER, and 1/3 cup OIL. Add ½ cup pecan pieces if desired. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 F for 20 -25 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 10 -12 muffins per batch (24 muffins total).

Hot Cocoa:
To 6 oz. of hot WATER add 3 Tbsp of LEHI ROLLER MILLS cocoa mix. Stir well and enjoy.

Serving Size: Approximately 13 cups.

Pecan Pie Bars:
Blend bag of dry MIX and package of pecans in a large mixing bowl. Add ½ cup VEGETABLE OIL, 1 beaten EGG, and 1/3 cup WATER. Stir until thoroughly mixes. (Dough will be very thick. Do not add water). Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 Minutes.

Serving Size: 1 – 9 X 13 pan approx. 24 – 2 inch pieces.

Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes:
Mix 2 cups of PANCAKE MIX with 1 ½ cups of WATER. Stir with a fork until slightly lumpy. Cook on a lightly greased griddle at 365 – 375 F.

Serving Size: Makes 12 – 16 pancakes per batch. Approximately 48 per 2lb bag.

Corn Bread Mix:
Blend bag of dry MIX with 1 cup WATER in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until moistened. Spread in a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.

Serving Size: Approximately 9 – 2 ½ inch squares.
