Seriously the best pancakes I have ever had! Got a box for a Chritmas gift, forgot I had it until I had some at a friends house, they were so good I pulled out our box and made them the next day! Amazing!

These are the best pancakes! We discovered Lehi Mills when we stayed at the Best Western across the street in 2005. Since then we've had everyone who passes through Utah on their way to Seattle pick up a supply for us. We have a supplier of real New England maple syrup that we reserve just for Lehi pancakes & we're going to give a couple of boxes of mix to our syrup pals, so they can experience this treat!
