Mix 2 cups of pancake MIX with 1 1⁄2 cups of water. Stir with a fork until slightly lumpy. Cook on a lightly greased griddle at 365 – 375 F.

Serving Size: Makes 12 – 16 pancakes per batch. Approximately 48 per 2lb bag.
