1 serving ½ cup Cereal, 1 cup Water, dash of Salt (optional).
Stovetop:
Heat water and salt in small saucepan to boiling. Stir cereal slowly into boiling water. Cook about 5 – 10 minutes over medium heat stirring occasionally.
Microwave:
Combine water, cereal and salt in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Stir before serving.
Serving Size:
About 20 - ½ cup (dry) servings
Red Wheat, White Wheat, Oats, Rye, Barley, Sunflower Seeds.
