Double Fudge Brownies:
Mix package of Brownie MIX with ¾ cup WATER and ¾ cup VEGETABLE OIL for two minutes on medium speed. Bake at 350 F for 25 – 30 Minutes in a greased 9 X 13 inch pan.
Serving Size: 1 – 9 X 13 pan approximately 24 – 2 inch pieces.
Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Mix 2 ½ cups MIX, ½ cup softened (not melted) BUTTER and 3 Tbsp WATER to a consistent dough. Round dough into 2-inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 350 F for 12-14 minutes. Each bag makes 2 batches.
Serving Size: Two 2 inch cookies servings per container 24. Approximately 48 cookies.
Hot Cocoa:
To 6 oz. of hot WATER add 3 Tbsp of LEHI ROLLER MILLS cocoa mix. Stir well and enjoy.
Serving Size: Approximately 13 cups.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars:
Preheat oven to 350 F. With hand mixer, blend one package Lehi Roller Mills Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars MIX, ½ cup creamy PEANUT BUTTER, 1 EGG, and 2 Tablespoons WATER. Mix until well blended and crumbly. Press dough into a grease 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 -13 minuets, or until crust is light brown around edges. Remove pan from oven and immediately sprinkle package of milk chocolate and peanut butter CHIPS over top of crust. When chips have melted, smooth over top with a spatula or with a fork to create fun designs. Cool before cutting into bars to serve.
Serving Size:2 inch square bar, 24 servings per container.
