I like the taste of the whole grain hotcake mix and they are always my first choice if I am ready for pancakes. Worth repeating is the simplicity of making one pancake, or a whole box, since all you add is water. You don't have to scramble (pun intended) for an egg, or milk. What's this worth when you consider price? Finally, for a horizontal corn fritter, without the deep frying, try adding whole kernal corn to your batter. YUM!

We love pancakes but most mixes are high in carbs. I was delighted to find this product at a local farm and ranch store of all places. i was skeptical because most healthy mixes aren't very good. These are so good we would choose these over any other pancake mix whether we were watching carbs are not. If you add oil and eggs (choose ones high in Omega 3's of course) they make excellent waffles, too!

I've been on Weight Watchers for Men this past 14 months and have lost over 70 lbs. The "secret" is by eating healthy foods, like this Whole Grain Hotcake Mix, with only 3 grams of fat, 5 grams of dietry fiber, for two 4" pancakes. Besides using this for my weight loss, this product is absolutely delicious!! I was able to purchase it at my local Costco, but they have since discontinued it, so I'm going right to the source via internet to continue purchasing this absolutely great product.

This product is fantastic! I add 2 tbsp of Hershey's Special dark baking cocoa to the mix, and it makes delicious chocolate pancakes--and only adding 10cal, 1gfat & a bonus of 4g fiber!

The best ever!!!!!!!! We've tried all of the whole wheat ones on the market and these are the only ones that rise like normal pancakes. We went to Costco tonight to get more mix and it is no longer there. I have one baggie left and had to buy a case here online tonight. Now that we know about it, we can't live without it!!!!!! Delicious!!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this pancake mix!! We've tried all pancakes mixes available through retail and this one is the best. Unfortunately, Costco stopped carrying it and it's not available through any other retailer in our area. So glad you over this online option for us die-hard fans! My 9-year old son even loves these pancakes!!
