I have to tell you, I have never rated a product on line before but I had to rate this one. I tasted a sample of the Heart Healthy Muffin Mix at my local Costco about 3 months ago and was hooked! I recebtly started a serious diet and exercise regiment and have a Lehi HH Muffin just about every morning. I added some fiber one cereal (and a little extra water) to the muffin mix just to give it a higher fiber contant and found it also gives it a crunchy top!!! Sometimes I add berries or apples or bananas. I love that it is "plain"...no nuts or pseudo fruit in the mix. That way you are free to add whatever you want! This is the best muffin mix I have ever had!!!

YUM! and SO EASY! My whole family is hooked! I originally bought the Heart Healthy Muffins at my Costco when the Lehi vendor came in for a special event. We made them plain, then started adding strawberries and then recently added cherries. They are so moist and have an excellent texture! Not overly grainy. They are the perfect start to the day or an anytime snack! I so glad to have found this product online, we'd be lost with them.
