Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine bag of cookie MIX, ¾ cup VEGETABLE OIL, and one 15 oz can of PUMPKIN in a bowl. Blend together with a spoon or hand mixer until smooth. Spoon drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 15- 20 minutes.
