Sherm Robinson Lehi Roller Mills has been a family run business since Sherm's grandfather bought the business in 1910.

lehi cloth bags Dale Greenwood, a good family friend, wanted a Christmas gift from our mill to give his clients and neighbors. His request involved a Christmas pancake mix in a cotton bag.

Owner Sherm's wife, Barbara, made the bags and formulated the mix.

Since then, this product has become a Christmas breakfast tradition in thousands of homes and is the basis for all our Lehi products.
